Lucy Hicks Anderson is an experienced parliamentarian with credentials earned from the American Institute of Parliamentarians (AIP) and the National Association of Parliamentarians (NAP).  She is a licensed attorney in Texas and a member of Texas Bar College.

Lucy is District 6 Director of (NAP) and a member of the NAP Board of Directors.    She is a former member of the NAP Ethics Committee and a past president of the Texas State Association of Parliamentarians.

Lucy is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Lester L. Dahms Memorial Foundation.

She is a member of the authorship team of the recently released 2^nd edition of AIP Standard Code, the popular parliamentary authority widely used by medical and dental associations. Lucy served as Chair of the Bylaws Committee of AIP from 2021-2023.
