Green gavel electronic unit

She is the charter president of the Golden State Electronic Unit and the 2021-23 Parliamentarian for Green Gavel. She has presented workshops at both CSAP and NAP conventions and meetings. Her clients appreciate her flexible approach and gentle humor.

Prior to becoming a parliamentarian, Esther worked fifteen years as an engineer in the computer industry and twenty years as a presenter and consultant in the diversity arena. She has served as a trainer, a facilitator and as a board member or officer of several non-profits. She brings to her parliamentarian work, her expertise in organizational dynamics, analytical thinking and several aspects of diversity including gender and generational issues. Esther is considered an insightful author and dynamic speaker.
